BuildWells Builders is a Wellington-based construction company delivering high-quality residential, commercial and specialist construction projects throughout the Wellington region and the Pacific.
Founded on strong family values, we have grown into a trusted construction partner known for our professionalism, reliability and commitment to quality. While our business has evolved, our core principles remain unchanged: honest communication, integrity in everything we do, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Our team combines practical construction expertise with proven project management capability, allowing us to successfully deliver projects ranging from residential renovations and architectural homes through to commercial fit-outs, remediation works, public sector and complex construction programmes.
We understand that every project is a significant investment. That’s why we work closely with our clients, consultants and project partners to provide clear communication, proactive problem-solving and complete transparency throughout the construction process.
Safety is fundamental to everything we do. BuildWells maintains a strong health and safety culture and is affiliated with Site Safe and SiteWise. All team members hold a minimum Site Safe Passport, with all team members trained in first aid, ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
