Managing Director / LBP

Nick has been in the building industry for over 20 years. He has experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Estimating. His experience spans across residential and commercial sectors but his true passion is altering existing property. As Managing Director of BuildWells Builders he offers a wealth of support to the team and our client base focusing on the BuildWells Builders values to provide a business with pride, integrity, innovation and family values at the forefront of operations. Nick prides himself on building strong relationships based on a direct, honest and respectful approach.

Foreman Carpenter / Trade Cert Qualified / LBP

With 24 years in the construction industry, Steve is an experienced and knowledgeable Foreman Carpenter with vast experience in both Commercial and Residential sectors. Steve always has the client’s best interest in mind with his attention to detail, problem solving skills and excellent finishing skills. Steve is committed to delivering quality projects across the board, on time and to budget. Steve is a devoted family man that enjoys motor sports, golf, and hanging out with his mates.

Carpenter / Trade Cert Qualified

Mitch has a amazing work ethic and passion for carpentry. He has a dedication to learning and improving with everything he does and although a qualified Carpenter, Mitch is always looking to improve on his Carpentry skills from the senior team. Mitch is a kind and thoughtful individual and really values a safe and happy working environment. We are proud to have Mitch on the team and look forward to seeing how far he goes with his career in construction. Mitch is a keen mountain bike rider, loves going to the gym, and gets in a bit of hunting & fishing when he can.

Carpentry Apprentice

The latest addition to the team, Kees joined us through the Gateway programme from High School in late 2021. Kees has proven to have a high work ethic, attention to detail and dedication to training and progression. He gets on great with all the team and although a young man, quite happy to give a bit of stick to his peers, but always in gest. He’s a young man who is “going places”, we are very proud to have him on the team and be part of his carpentry journey. Kees in an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing, tries his hand at golf occasionally and cares immensely for his family.
