Nick has been in the building industry for over 20 years. He has experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Estimating. His experience spans across residential and commercial sectors but his true passion is altering existing property. As Managing Director of BuildWells Builders he offers a wealth of support to the team and our client base focusing on the BuildWells Builders values to provide a business with pride, integrity, innovation and family values at the forefront of operations. Nick prides himself on building strong relationships based on a direct, honest and respectful approach.

Business Support Manager

As our Business Support Manager, Luci is the core organisational hub of the Buildwells office. With extensive experience in client relations and operational management, Luci ensures that every step of a project – from the first estimate to the final handover – runs on schedule and within budget. Passionate about providing a stress-free experience, Luci coordinates our subcontractors and project timelines so our clients always feel informed and looked after. Luci takes great pride in upholding our family business values and delivering a high standard of service to all our customers.
